This location is walkable to everything! Beautiful pool & hot tub right on the water. Make sure to ask for the side by the pool. Top floor. Best view! We walked to many different restaraunts & gift shops. Hunter springs is walking distance. Minute walk. Crackers is next door. Live music, food, drinks Hotel lobby is beautiful! Rooms are basic. Clean & comfy! We really enjoyed our stay!! Oh & you can rent boats & kyaks from hotel as well!

This place is a hidden gem. We were heading back from Miami, FL to Houston, TX and just stop for the night, but we want to come back to enjoy all the Manaties tours and all other locals offers. Staff are kind and welcoming. We loved the pool area and the docks and boats at the river, it’s an amazing view, Cracker’s bar & Grill next door is a plus with live music.

My wife and I had a very nice weekend getaway to swim with the manatees and go kayaking. What a fantastic time with nature. Staff at the hotel was tremendous! Everyone had big smiles on their faces and worked to make sure we were happy.

Wonderful hotel as far as the exterior goes and location. It LOOKS like a luxury hotel...but it is not. This is a budget hotel. The interior of the rooms looked like bare and lacked standard furniture (dresser/desk). There is NO CLOSET. There was barely anywhere for me to put things and I just stayed there by myself. Can't imagine 2, 3 or 4 people. There was a 4x6 room with NOTHING..but the AC. Not even a garbage can in the bathroom. It was very strange.

We used this hotel as a one night stopover. It was fine but not quite what we were expecting. Rooms are laid out motel style facing onto the car park but they are comfortable and well equipped. Breakfast was disappointing and was served in a bag - a pre-packed muffin, bottle of water and a few other unappealing items. We used the coffee shop on site instead which was great. Crackers next door was good for dinner.
