Convenient location, friendly staff, clean. Although non smoking - there are individuals who smoked on other side of building and that smell festered in the non smoking area walkway. Other hotel tenants who arrive were loud and would converse outside of rooms which made it challenging to ignore. Lastly, if you are looking to grab even a simple breakfast of cereal or coffee this isn’t readily convenient to get to. If the times for breakfast aren’t accessible because hotel lobby is locked allow for entry of guests with scanning of key

Perfect stay!

Our room was clean, comfortable, quiet. Staff was friendly and helpful. Family and I have stayed here multiple times and we plan to again. Recommend it to anyone!

Peaceful and quiet and easy check in

Absolutely wonderful. Peaceful and quiet. The staff were friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay here again in the future. Convenient location to restaurants and shopping and Cumberland state park.

The property is generally an eyesore, deferred maintenance, horrible permanently closed pool, disgraceful excuse for breakfast. The coffee was good and the room was clean.

Price might be cheap But Could Not Lock the door so anyone could of just walked in at night. Floors fake wood was done by unprofessional ppl, they are just put there without any glue or anything. Bathroom is So Tiny and there was NO Water Pressure what So Ever. Place is run down a little.

The room itself was.... average. The sink leaked, the stairs are not the best, I have a fear of falling, and the stairs almost made me hyperventilate. The " breakfast included" was cereal, some toast, and some bagels in a clear bin that wasn't even heated and some coffee in a canister with milk sitting out on the counter. Not going again. NOT for the same price I paid to stay at a Red Roof that was SOOOO much better the night before.
