This holiday inn express is NO Comparsion to the one in Lebanon TN we stayed in 2 nites prior We were given a Handicap room with a tiny sink and one tiny mirror on the wall what we found intersting was the Handicap room had a Tub shower so how could a handicap person possibly get in the shower The Breakfast was not got at all the Cinnabon cinnamon rolls were dry and hard

Good customer service but not very clean!
The service was amazing; however, the price was extremely high per night for the hotel and location. The hotel was not very clean. The lady at the front desk was so kind she moved us without any hassle. She was great.

Absolutely incompetant and rude staff
It was horrific. The staff is absolutely incompetent and they were incredibly discriminatory against the 2 handicapped members of my party. They also sold one of the rooms we were staying in out from under us even though our reservations were made months in advance. Also several unauthorized charges totally nearly $1000 were placed on my card. There are possible legal issues pending at this time.

Was put on the first floor. Right next to the gym people working out all night. Next to the ice machine. Heard that much of the night. New people coming in. Two drunk women going down the hall trying to open other people doors. Didn’t sleep at all the night. Never had this last time we stayed.
