It took 3 attempts to find us a clean room. Staff were nice, I appreciate what they do for a living, but the excuse "We're all human", got a little excessive. Seemingly they were listening in quite a bit to us, as had some additional comments. Pool was dark, hard to have the manager/owner, come open a lock box to turn on lights, etc. I get it, but then get motion lights or something? Breakfast limited, extremely limited. It was strange overall, but it was good enough for 1 night. Seeminlgy safer area, it was pretty quiet from traffic.

Good nights sleep however police presence and crack pipes in the parking lot. Noticed the buildings cracks and definitely needs a remodel. Breakfast was good, staff was friendly and you're close to restaurants and gas but $100/night feels a little much for what it is.

Room was small. I did get sofa I had requested for a charge per day but it was not the same rate as you see online. You had about 7 inches between queen bed and sofa bed. So it couldn’t be opened into a bed. Drawers underneath were duct taped so they wouldn’t fly open.

We rented mainly for pool and hot tub use for the kids during their spring break. The hot tub had black mold and when addressed with management he was very rude and proceeded to add chemicals to hot tub while we were still in the pool. This smell of bleach was so over powering that everyone there had to run out of the enclosed room coughing and eyes burning. We rented a secondary room before the incident for additional family members to join us but this was a waste of money and we will not return.

This hotel claims to be pet friendly, but pets are not allowed on the beds. This is not pet friendly in my opinion. I have never stayed at a pet friendly hotel that does not allow this.The pet fee is $25 per pet plus a $50 deposit. If they find pet hair on the beds you do not get your deposit back. After we arrived I found hair on one of the pillows, the air unit worked, but was duck taped. There was also hair in the bathroom. This hotel is very dated. The tv was not a smart tv and only had cable. I will not being staying here again because of the pet policy.

Every time we visit our daughter we choose to stay here every single time the room was very clean and the staff is so very friendly and go out of there way to help in every way . We only will stay here for this reason . You find a good place that is clean and friendly you stick with it . We have always had a great experience and its convenient. So like i said we choose them and the price is very reasonable .

Nice rooms and pretty clean. The toilet seat was somehow ancient compared to the rest of the remodeled bathroom. Water pressure was mediocre at best. The pool area is pretty rough. Good breakfast selection.

Handicapped my ass

Who puts accessible room, on 3rd floor. Sink standard hiegh shower chair larger than tub wich was not a walk in toilet also standard.....it was an iinsult to a wheel chair or elderly person. I like baymont this was bad. Breakfast bar empty no eggs bacon biscuit at 8:05 am.and not a soul to help.

The property appears to be outdated, and I observed that the breakfast area did not meet cleanliness standards. The eating area and equipment should receive more thorough cleaning. The elevator floor needs cleaning/mopping. I would not recommend this property for an extended visit past a day.
