Adequate and clean
The room and overall hotel condition were average. We felt that it was clean and comfortable and a good fit for a quick night stay on our way through. We appreciated the breakfast which included eggs and sausage as well as the other Continental items typical of a breakfast. We wished that our door to the pool would open, but those are permanently locked shut. The pool was clean. No exercise room. Beds and pillows clean and comfortable. Bathroom clean. Our door was old and scraped the frame when opened and closed; I am a home inspector.

The hotel is one of very few in the vicinity and my nieces and I were in the area to attend a family funeral. The rooms were clean and comfortable and we had adjoining rooms, which made it more pleasant. There was no maid service, although a sign in the bathroom suggested there would be by stating that if you wanted the towels replaced to place them in the bathtub. Adequate facilities for the price.

About an half hour from Grand Forks, we booked this stay because Grand Forks was booked up or crazy expensive. All staff were friendly and accommodating even with such a late check-in (after midnight). The T-Rex pizza was very tasty and the breakfast did have warm eggs and sausages along with cold options. The room had one very annoying and frustrating issue which was the tv. The sound would either be so quiet you could hardly hear it or BLARE loudly enough for everyone in the hotel to hear it. Overall, the price is affordable and the stay is a good value for the cost.

After driving 8 hours, he wouldn't let us check in at 1:30 for a 3 o'clock wedding. Went to cobblestone hotel next door. Got a room, shower and ready for the 3 o'clock wedding.

The hotel is older and a bit dated but rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. They have a decent continental breakfast each morning, an indoor pool, no gym but they have arrangements with the Anytime Fitness across the parking lot to allow guests free access (a benefit they should promote more on this website).

Comfortable beds and decently quiet, but the phone didn't work, the pool was still out of service, and there was no hot tub despite the link promoting the hotel stating that it was one of the amenities. Even though room 105 was a non-smoking room, upon walking in there was an immediate scent of cigarette/aerosol cleaner. Also, the air conditioner / heater unit emitted a bad smell and fridge was really loud. Friendly staff!
