The room was not cleaned and the pool area in our room had spider webs and dirt/dust. Check was supposed to start at three and we were not let into our room till after 5pm. The rooms are very outdated but staff was very nice and friendly.

Pool didn’t work, called front desk multiple time and issue was never resolved, and when I checked out and brought to their attention. I was called a liar and they continued to deny anything was wrong with room.
