No staff at check-in (we arrived late) I’m glad I call in advance as they never sent the self check-in instructions ahead. In the morning we got a very rude housekeeping crew knocking violently in our door more than 30 minutes before check-out. No apologies given or and no one from management in the front desk. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. Location is great, too bad. Not using them again.

It’s a ski lodge. Very well dated and used. Good scenery of the dry ski hills and lifts. The worst part of the whole experience was being in a hotel, in the middle of summer and they don’t have ice machine.

Loved where the property was. It needs new beds and to be updated all through the room. The bathroom was dirty. Im suprised where it is, thats its so old.

Desk lady was awesome. Unfortunately, it couldn't make up for how terrible this stay was. Chairs stained, bed stained, lights barely working if at all. Linens were clean at least, but the beds were uncomfortable and the room was so musty. It rained the night we were there and the rain coming off the roof hit our AC unit all night, resulting in the loudest, hail like noise I've ever heard - you'd think someone was barraging the window with rocks! Light take a minute to barely flicker on - I would seriously discourage epileptics from staying here as even the flashes were rough for me. There are also absolutely NO amenities here, and the desk closes at 8pm. For nearly $200 for the standard room, I expected much more. We decided to move to a different property in Cranbrook, even though it's farther, as this stay was so poor. Don't let the pictures deceive you - the outside is beautiful, but the rooms are dim, in much need of an upgrade and fix, and not to the standard they should be.

The room was dirty. The carpet and chairs are stained. The drapes are hanging and cant be closed. The bathroom shower curtain was filthy. The sheets are so old they are rough for fabric pilling. The air conditioner did not work and the bed was like a rock. This is more like a workcamp than a resort

room not very clean, lots of hair in the sheets, dust in the corners and mold in the bath. Coffee filters wrong size for coffee machine and check-in is only between 5pm and 8pm. No one at check-out either. Felt more like a hostel but with a motel price. Gentleman at check in was friendly.
