A cute quaint property that reminds you of a Spanish villa. We really enjoyed Melia verses some of the larger all inclusives. Even the young adults in our group enjoyed the fact that there wasn't a constant "fun squad" throwing a party 24/7. Great family property for all ages! We had every age group covered, the kids, teens, parents, aunts, uncles & G'parents!!

A beautiful first resort experience. The staff were all wonderful and welcoming to my husband and I. The room and ground were cleaned daily and the beach was beautiful. Also there were many food options for all dietary needs which I appreciated! Will definitely stay again and recommend.

My husband and I have visited many resorts in Mexico throughout the years, and this one was one of our least favorite. The resort was small, but not bad at all. Although the food was good, the selection was very limited. Not only was it limited with mostly Mexican food only, but also, it was served in pots. This was the first time we ever saw that. We were very disappointed at the food. Also, the all-inclusive package did not include premium drinks so we paid an additional $35 per person per night fee to upgrade to the “Level”, which offered a few more benefits. The staff was the best part of the resort. Everyone was very nice and accommodating. Overall, our experience at this resort was ok, but we will not be returning.

Very well kept and maintained resort with a great variety of revolving evening shows for each day of the week with everything from magical performances to traditional mexican dance and music. The beach is well kept and the water is crystal clear with minimal amounts of seaweed. Pherhaps the only letdown would be that the Fish House and Taco restaurants left us wanting more with sublar food options. This however was more than made up for by the buffet which offered well prepared food with each day having something from a different cuisine. The snack bar was also a great option for lunch with excellent basically resturant quality burgers. Overall this is a great option for those looking for a quiet family or couples friendly resort vacation

We stayed Monday-Friday, and we really enjoyed our time at the Meliá. They furnished all food and drinks for the entire trip all included. There was always something to eat or drink anytime we wanted. The swimming pool was really nice, couldn’t really ask for anything better for the price. Would recommend

First time at Melia Cozumel. Enjoyed our stay. Staff was friendly, grounds and rooms were clean and well kept even though it is an older hotel. First time at an all inclusive so not sure how to rate the food. It was about what we expected for a buffet in Mexico. Acceptable if you’re not a food snob. Drinks were fine and bartenders were always friendly. Ediberto was the best. Forgive my spelling. We are already planning a return trip to Melia.
