No tienen mucha variedad en la comida ademas no me pareció que la comida estuviera rica; es decir me pareció bien pero no más que eso. No hay muchas actividades de entretenimiento. La playa es un arrecife por lo que es de piedras lo cual hace un poco difícil bañarse en el mar y disfrutar. El hotel no esta frente al mar, se encuentra al otro lado de la calle por lo que hay que cruzar la calle o pasar por un tunel para llegar a la playa. Sin embargo el personal siempre fue my atento y servicial, siempre pendientes de nosotros, si veian que estabamos buscando algo se acercaban inmediatamente a preguntarnos que necesitabamos. En el área de la piscina habia personal que de vez en cuando se paseaban preguntando si queríamos algo de beber pero a mi parecer no lo hacían lo suficiente. Pasábamos las ardes en la piscina y solo se aparecian una o dos veces con suerte en toda la tarde. Las habitaciones son grandes y limpias aunque la manija de la puerta para salir al balcon estaba rota y no cerraba bien, lo cual reportamos en su momento pero a parte de eso todo bien; las camas cómodas y la limpiaban todos los días.

Location is great, room was clean, and services especially the all inclusive dining plan was amazing. Staffs provided high quality service everywhere! Very impressed! Need to mention that there is a corridor to cross the street under the ground and leads to the dining hall beside the sea which is very convenient. Also there is a diving shop right beside.

For my travel purposes, this property met my standards of expectations. Buffet was good and special dining events fell below par in my expectations. On-site diving was convenient and well organized. Diving and accommodation prices were reasonable compared to the cookie-cutter big name resorts. Location was great- easy access to ferry, airport, and downtown area. Minor housekeeping issues are not worth mentioning. Overall a good experience. I would stay again.

Nothing like the photos. Been to Cozumel many many times and first time there, and unfortunately won’t return. Weird that there wasn’t any furniture in my room other than a king bed and a mini fridge. No place to sit and relax. Hot tub didn’t feel as warm as the ocean. Breakfast was ok, the best breakfast was when they had some bacon.

This is a tired 3 star hotel at best. I was pretty disappointed by the hotel amenities. The staff is friendly. The food is barely edible. I would not recommend the all inclusive package. Absolutely go into town to eat instead. Rooms are clean and serviceable but bare bones. The internet only works in the lobby- which means the TV’s in the rooms don’t work. The only pros = there is a decent pool side bar, there is a scuba shop onsite and the dive boat leaves from the hotel pier. I will stay elsewhere next time.

The advertised renovated room we paid for was not what we were provided. The first room did not lock and was not a pool view room. So we were given a different room. The second room did not have a dresser or anywhere to put luggage. We were told the room advertised was one if only Six rooms that had been renovated. Hence the advertised room was not what we were provided with. This was disappointing. The staff provided portable racks for luggage and tried to help. They were aware management removed all dressers so as to renovate rooms. But only renovated 6 rooms. The wireless internet was not available in rooms as advertised. Based on what we were given we overpaid. Staff tried to help but they can only respond based on what assistance they are able to provide.

This was nothing close to a 4 star hotel. It had a bad odor in most of the indoor areas, the food options were limited and what they had didn't taste good. The facilities were old and outdated. The toilet leaked so if you went to use the bathroom at night, your feet got wet. The alcohol was terrible and so were the bartenders. The bed felt like bricks and the 8 channels they had were mainly frizzy. Lastly, the internet didn't work anywhere but there lobby. Do not recommend even for children.

Great secure parking and easy walk to downtown. Plenty of dining options so you won't go hungry and for the price you won't feel bad to go to one of the many fantastic restaurants on the island. Fantastic staff that always goes above and beyond to make you feel at home.

Cool place _ staff was great - Diego the entertainment director was cool and did good. Safe passage to the beach, nice pool area. Food pretty good for an AI. Beach area had steps for water access. They did have chairs and recliners on a sandy area with great views on the ocean. Walkable to souvenir shops. Good views of the cruise ships.

The property was a nice older property. The hot tub was in repair for the first half of my visit but up and running by the end. Biggest challenge was it lacked clear signs or a map for amenities, beach property, and meals.

Overall I would say that this visit was less impressive than past stays. The hotel was undergoing much appreciated updates, such as re-tiling hot tub and other areas surrounding the pool. That said there have been some other changes since our last visit in Feb of 2024, some nice, some that we are questioning. The hiring of a new activities director has brought a new energy to the pool area, some of which could (in my opinion) use some refinements. While the evening entertainment has improved greatly, the daytime activities still need some tweaks... Before an activity begins, the staff does their usual walk around the pool area letting guests know what's up and inviting them to join in. This is great, but if a guest declines they are usually met with either a sad face, or a "why not?"... It almost makes one feel like the staff is disappointed that you're not enjoying YOUR vacation the way THEY want you to. Very annoying. The music is usually played at a very pleasing volume, but whenever an activity begins, the volume gets bumped to a volume that makes normal conversation between guests almost impossible. We truly appreciated the efforts that Jesus, Juanita, and Suny put into bringing fun to the poolside guests, and hope that they continue to do so... especially Suny's unbelievable energy keeping the young children entertained.
