I thought property was beautiful. Concierge service was poor and non-responsive at best. Right off the bat, we waited more than an hour for our bags to come up to the room. When we booked a dinner, the booking was lost in translation somehow and we were not able to eat at that restaurant. Mini bar was not restocked. Food varied from poor to pretty good. Bar service was typically excellent. Staff was non-assisting with issues. All in all, beautiful property with great pools and resort feel, with mediocre food and service.

The rooms were great. New beds were very comfortable. The sheets, comforter, and pillows were very good. Housekeeping was great. The bar closes too early. Entertainment was just ok. The breakfast food was ok but always cold unless you got it straight off the grill. The restore food at the hotel was absolutely terrible! The worst food in an all inclusive. The drinks were poor as well. Soda was flat. We won’t be back. This was our third stay and it’s truly gone down hill with the food.

We've stayed at the property before and overall like it. There are a couple of things they could work on to improve. First is the walking surface, it looks nice but hard to walk as its stone, if you need assistance to walk, it can be challenging and may trip. The second item to improve on is the buffet line set up. Having the grill in the middle of the line blocks access to half of the buffet, there is no organization to the buffet line and it becomes a zoo. The omelette station really needs to be moved to the side, it can get so congested at times I skip it because I don't want to stand in line 15-20 minutes for an omelette.
