What limited interactions I had with staff everyone was polite and professional. A few people staying in my hall were incredibly loud all night which is really my only complaint. It would be nice to have more options in the commissary or a vending machine or two.

Check-in staff was helpful. Bed was clean & comfy. The room had 3 bath towels for two guests which is important because I use 2 & hubby uses 1. I think it is inconvenient when a room only has 2 towels & I have to request another. Outside temp was below freezing when I checked in. First room assigned (327) did not have the heater on & it was freezing in that room! I turned on the heater & kept my coat on while I checked the condition of the rest of the room. That's when I noticed rust at the bottom of the tub. I went back to the front desk & requested another room (329). The first thing I checked was the tub and it also had rust. At least the heat was on. Still not satisfied, I asked the front desk clerk to show me another room & he took me to room 333. That tub also had rust. I chose to stay in room 329 because it had the least amount of rust. However, after I settled in, I noticed that the bathroom sink faucet was dripping. Oh well. Breakfast had a hot buffet with scrambled eggs, sausage links, and waffle making station. There were plain & blueberry waffle batter. Other choices on the buffet were cereal, fruit, milk, coffee, apple juice, orange juice, & bread. The plain waffle and sausage links were tasty but the eggs had been out too long.
