The hotel was very nice, walking distance to Turfway was a plus. The heater in our room must have had something wrong with it, everytime it kicked on during the night it made such a loud clanking noise for a bit when it started up, it kept us up throughout the night.

Helpful with small requests

Team did a great job taking care of us. We added a comment to our request to see if we could have a tub and received a response from the hotel, insuring they could get one for us. Additionally, they ran out of hot coco in the free coffee bar and the receptionist had no problem helping us find some more.
