We usually stay here 3 or 4 times a year, never had a complaint until this last time..When we first went into our room there was a pair of men's dirty socks laying in the middle of the floor..then found dirty clothes in the drawers..also the bath tub was not clean...i usually love this place but highly disappointed this last time..and yes, we told the front desk everything

Staff was nice and friendly. The hotel needs to just close down for major updates. The hotel is old and smells like mildew. My room had an infestation of lady bugs. Lady bugs on the walls on the ceiling on the beds just everywhere. So they moved me to a new room and in the new room the toilet didn't flush/was stopped up I called the front desk to see if they would come and plunge the toilet and I was told that maintenance wouldn't arrive until 7:30am and they had no access to a plunger. They never sent anyone to fix the toilet so I had to use the restroom on either floor 11, lobby or the lower level and they couldn't move me to a different room because they were all booked. It was all bad. So I would suggest staying in a different hotel and not this one its not worth the money you pay to stay in filth, bugs, non working toilets dirty walls, wrinkled linen on the beds just nasty

There was white stains all over the floor, the tv remote and hair dryer were covered in gunk and there was residue all over the counters. All the fabric around the curtains and bed was ripped up. This property is not maintained at all or properly cleaned. Do not recommend staying here. there’s much better hotels around the area.

The staff were very nice and helped with everything. The view of downtown from our room was amazing. Everything was pretty clean but they could use some renovations. They have very easy parking even with the restaurant upstairs. And there’s lots of fun things to do nearby
