I barely slept an hour all night because of other guests screaming on the same floor I complained politely to the desk three times and finally went down there because there were other people on the floor, screaming at each other. Nothing was done until the next morning when another person was on shift The police were called and I believe these people were finally kicked out of the hotel however, I was called by the front desk at three in the morning when I was trying to sleep so apparently they could let me know what had been done, which was out of hand at no point should anyone from the front desk? Call me at three in the morning unless there is a fire, especially after I’ve already said that I could not sleep because of noise I asked the manager for some communication afterwards and a refund or a partial refund or anything that might make this situation better but I was not given a return phone call. I can only figure that this individual does not care about his hotel and has no care whatsoever about the guest experience. I placed the entire blame on the manager because in the end, the buck stops with this gentleman. All I was looking for was perhaps even an apology and I received nothing of the sort.
