Front desk very nice. The room was not very clean with hair in the sink and plenty of long hair on the tiled floor. I had flip flops so I used them walking around in the room etc. We paid for 2 rooms and to start off the digital locks did not work properly. Neither of us had much luck getting in our rooms with some help and patience we finally got in but did not leave the room until check out at 5:30am. We did tell them about the locks upon departure. That's about it.

I will never use Expedia again , they pretended to help when I called twice and they hung up on me . The room had a door inside my room connected to the room next door with only a chain. Unsafe , the young lady at the desk said she would try to move me but the place in entirety was not clean the sheets had holes . The tub was painted with regular paint and the mold smell in the room was unbearable.

Their accents were so strong, phone and in person communications were challenging. I have never stayed in a hotel that WOULD NOT give a wake up call. We had a 6am flight and had to be at the airport at 4am after arriving at 11pm. Rediculous that they don't do wake up calls

I came here last minute after the other hotel was filthy. They accommodated me right away and I such a nice talk with they two at the front desk. I called for more wash cloths and was greeted with a smile. I loved staying here after the bad experience I had just 15 minutes before going here. It was clean and comfortable here.

My experience was overall very good. However, the first room I was sent to was not cleaned & appeared to be still occupied, all though no one was in it at the time. I went back to the desk and was assigned to a different room that was completely clean and ready for occupancy. All the staff were exceptional. And, the transportation to and from the airport was easy and seamless.
