Hotel was clean and convenient. We were out in a room right next to the elevator mechanical room, so that was pretty loud when we were trying to sleep. Our room was not cleaned during our stay and the Keurig was broken. Otherwise, the breakfast was decent and staff were friendly.

We booked through Expedia but when got to hotel they couldn’t find the booking even had it all printed out to show them so was irritating. Had to call Expedia to sort it out it would not have been good as we couldn’t get our original room 2 queens as we had 2 kids lucky we took them to a cousins to stay that night as we only had a king bed

We discovered that the place isn't cleaned daily, which was disappointing. Then the pool was out of service during our stay, and the backyard sitting area was quite worn out — the chairs definitely need an upgrade. These areas could use some attention and improvement. Other than that, the overall experience was decent.
