This is lur 2nd stay at this hotel. The customer service is excellent. The staff is extremely nice and makes us feel like valued customers. The property is easy to get to and provides a beautiful view.

I’m always very satisfied with my stay at the Hampton inn. The beds always feel amazing. I brought my grand children with me and they were happy with the pool and the Newport Aquarium.

Our stay was great! The hotel room was big and comfortable. The bathroom was spacious. Shower was large & water was hot! Our only complaint was the sofa bed was not comfortable and made a very loud popping noise every time our son moved. The free breakfast service was wonderful since it was Christmas and not much open. Staff were all friendly & helpful.

The hotel was great, super easy walk to Paycor stadium, even in December. The view from the room was so pretty seeing all the lights at night! However walking to the game, there were random piles of clothes/ blankets along the road/walkway. But not the hotels fault, wasn’t on their property. Just made around the hotel look bad.

We were attending my daughter's graduation in Cincinnati and stayed at this hotel. It was immaculate! The staff were amazing. The breakfast was fresh, plentiful and replenished regularly. I would recommend this hotel and plan on staying again.
