The front desk staff was excellent and helpful. The dining room staff did not offer any help at all. There were no signs to tell you how to get to the pool. The breakfast was not good at all. I would stay again but would plan for breakfast outside the hotel.

We stay here every 2 months because my daughter has to go to Cincinnatti Children's for appts...This is the cleanest hotel I have ever stayed at. The staff have literally RUN to get me something I needed right away...The breakfast has a decent variety and the pool area is also very clean! we love it there and will conti ue to make this our go to hotel when we come into town.

They cancel your reservation before you arrive then re run it when you get there and throw a $150 incidental fee on top. Staff is rude place is dirty and the beds are rock hard

It wasn’t terrible but it wasn’t the best. Here’s the bad: Our room was fairly dirty with chocolate (I hope) smeared across the floor and chunks everywhere and what was left of a can of Smoke Out to get rid of the nasty smell. A lot of areas reeked of weed. Loved explaining that to my child when he asked why it smelled so bad. The breakfast was absolutely awful. Ham floating in water and powder eggs. No towels in the pool. The good: the lounge area was nice, the staff was great, the pool was clean and always hot coffee available. Would I stay there again? Absolutely not. Would I deter others from staying there? Also no.
