Very pleased customer!
The only thing that this establishment could do is have a better breakfast. It wasn’t bad but could definitely use some improvement. Comfortable beds with plenty of pillows. Room was very clean and hot water was excellent for showering. Accessibility to everything around the area town has to offer. Very inexpensive compared to other places to stay in the area.

Clean and modernized older motel. The bed was comfortable and the water pressure gave a great shower. Just what I need when passing through on the road to get a good night’s sleep at a reasonable price.

Nice Establishment
The room was clean, smelled fresh and good. Linens were clean and unstained. We were pleased to find there was hot food (scrambled eggs and sausage) in the continental breakfast, not just cereal and sweet rolls. There was also the ability to make pancakes, but we did not try it. All in all, it was a good experience. The staff was friendly. The establishment was nice. I would not hesitate to stay again if the situation arose.

Peaceful and quiet vacation
Room floors were dirty kinda I cleaned it up fridge was on wrong thermostat was dripping inside got fixed by friend visitation and phone is unplugged.

Terrible Property
If you need a place to stay and don’t care about cleanliness or customer service, this is the place for you. Problems we encountered: - ac drains into room causing carpet to become soaked, smelling moldy and musky. -room smelled like cigarettes and weed (this was a non smoking room) -smoke detector dangling from ceiling -walls smeared with dirt -food behind bed/nightstand -carpet so dirty my baby couldn’t play on floor -cigarette burns in blankets -room was never serviced after we requested it to be -pool closed in middle of Summer Best part, my toddler vomited on our 3rd night there, my husband went to front desk to request new bedding. The manager refused to give him new bedding - kept saying it wasn’t their policy. We didn’t want a maid to do it, we were going to make the bed ourselves. It took my husband demanding a refund and going to Holiday Inn next door to get sheets and a blanket. I completely understand “you get what you pay for” but have some pride in the place you’re running. Will be contacting Days Inn corporate office as well.

Horrible stay!
We had booked a king size smoking room. When we arrived we were told that our room had been given away. There was a seminar and they took our room and gave it to them. We arrived by 7:00 pm. Also my husband was helping me out of the shower this morning and the tub was so slick he fell out onto the floor taking down the shower curtain with him. When he told the manager he had slipped and fell they never even ask if he was ok. This is a hotel that we stayed in twice a year for several years. We will never book there again! Holiday Inn will get our business from now on!
