A very nice stay overall with one exception.

Overall, we had a very nice one night stay. The only big issue was that my sister-in-law had a stain on her sheet on her bed (see photo) we are going to reach out to the manager and Hotels.com about it but if looks like it was blood. Not what I would have expected for this hotel as everything else as clean and well maintained. The swimming pool was awesome and our king size bed was very comfortable. We did have a shade that was broken on one side but it still covered most of the window and allowed very little light in during the night while we were asleep. My wife enjoyed using the stand up shower and the safe and coffee maker worked perfectly for me.

I stayed at this same hotel in Austin, TX and had an amazing experience — beautiful property, beds like clouds. This time was a completely different story. For over $200 a night, I expected the same quality, but instead found a dirty property and rock-hard beds. Totally disappointing for the price. Honestly, I wish I could get a refund. I won’t be staying here again.
