Love this hotel! Just a short walk from the airpark, so it's very convenient for us when we come by plane. Super clean quiet and comfortable rooms. Very friendly and helpful staff. Walking distance to shopping and dining. There's a very nice paved walking path that follows the river. Get on the path via the back parking lot. This is our go to hotel whenever we visit Courtenay.

Hotel was simple but nice on the outside. Room was spacious enough with good layout of living room & separate bedroom. Bathroom was clean. Breakfast buffet selection was good including hot food and coffee. Most of the staff were very pleasant and helpful. Coffee machine in room was not working well and did not get serviced or replaced during our stay. Elevators were slow and quite noisy (we were in a room near the elevators)

The hotel is on the main road, convenient but you can hear traffic from the room.
