Beds and room was sufficient with a window seat but not space for an air mattress for kids who cannot share a bed. Shower offered shampoo and body wash but not conditioner. Breakfast on the weekend offered hot options but not during week days. There was never enough space for all patrons eating though. Breakfast space was not thought out at all as breakfast as it was served in a hallway and no tables other than 1 family style in the lobby.

The pool was dirty and cloudy. There were 2 flying ant- looking bugs crawling on the wall of our room. Check-in was slow due to computer system issues. There wasn't a small fridge or microwave in the room. Very few amenities for the price.

Poor choice

Dirty room, dirty towel in bathroom, dirty sheets on the beds, crumbs on the floor, beds were comfortable, but sheets were scratchy. Breakfast was very limited, waffles and cereal, the biscuits and gravy were inedible. Looks nice from the outside, but obviously not well maintained or clean

I'd stay here again!

The hotel was very clean and the rooms were very roomy. The front desk personnel were very friendly and knowledgeable about the area. Someone had thrown up in the elevator and it was immediately cleaned up. You would have never known it occurred. The hotel was in an excellent location. It served out purpose well.

Good place to crash for the night We were on the 1st floor by the desk/laundry area and it was loud with people slamming doors and shouting to each other all night Guessing if we weren’t right by the desk it would’ve been quieter Otherwise, clean and nice staff

Overall I liked this property. It’s an old and small but cheap, convenient and not too far from the downtown(if you have a car or use Ubers) hotel. But I’ve got 2 really bad experiences. One is about housekeeping. They didn’t make up the room at all. It may be occurred anywhere. The problem is the next. I requested only new towels(not for making up the room) but they needed me to bring used ones to the front desk if I wanted to get new ones. At the first time, I refused it but they didn’t provide new towels because I hadn’t brought used ones. It happened! Should I bring used towels on the bathroom floor because they don’t make up the room by their fault? It’s the first time ever in my life. The other one is about safety. At the bottom of the bed there are 2 steel sticks or something. I think they have to be supported the mattress. But due to using a small mattress than a frame in my thought, they are exposed to outside of the frame. It’s really dangerous and one of them makes me hurt in real. I wanna make a complaint when I checked out but no one asked me like “how was your stay with us?” They just let me left the key at the front desk. Nevertheless the staff I spoked with about the towel last night told me she let her manager know what happened in that night.
