I had checked in on the ap. Yet despite that, the desk marked me as a no show to a paid reservation. When I arrived. Charged me for another night to fix her mistake at my expense. Still trying to get my money back. Also figured out why house keeping taking so long. The lady on the 5th floor stood with her cart on her phone for about 2 hours before she started doing anything.

This was a great hotel for the price! The rooms were clean and the pool area was nice. If you are looking to go to the casino, it's perfect! Within 10 minutes driving from the zoo.

Everything was great until after settled I opened the closet and saw a bra and other clothing on the shelf and floor. Completely ruined our stay, how clean is the rest of the room. Front desk staff was very apologetic and removed it but....... not impressed, never come here or recommend the place.

Great place!

Overall it was very good. Bed a little firm. Clean, great view of the river. Was disappointed regarding time change for the continental breakfast. Highly suggest putting sign up in elevators or right in down area. The breakfast itself was great. Location was excellent for the zoo and eating places at the casino.

Nice landscaped property with sidewalks and proper lighting allowed us to feel safe enough to enjoy an evening walk. Our dog especially likes to stretch her legs after riding in a car all day. Great pet hotel. Comfy beds and pillows.

Great ! Only issue was our heater was unplugged it only got down to 65 so it wasn't unbearable we finally figured it out the next day
