Our room came with a free meal left in the microwave although it was mostly ate chicken covered in mold. Had we found this the first day we would have just left and went elsewhere not knowing how well everything else is actually being cleaned. Lady at the front for check out was nice though and said she would forward the picture to the managers

This hotel is run down massively. No elevator, different colors of paint all over the room to hide whatever. The front desk lady at check in was nice but the guy at night didnt wanna help at all. Our key stopped working on day 2, which can happen, but we went and asked him to please fix it and he acted like we were lieing. Then we needed another blanket cause the one.in room was filthy and another pillow. He got irritated but got a blanket and said we wont be giving you another pillow. It just goes on. Horrible experience.

Very upset I made my brothers a reservation , once they arrived I received a call that they where put in a room that was under construction with no sink and pop cans and items all over this was reserved well in advance that , that should have never happened.

No smoke detector in room! Manager was sitting outside casually dressed with bare feet in a chair. Bathroom was maintained in a careless fashion with paint applied over old paint that was chipping, and poor obvious patch jib on toilet paper holder. Design of bathroom with sink outside means you can’t wash hands after using toilet without touching door handle. Lobby is split level with first and second floor with no elevator or accessible for handicapped. No door returns on guest room doors which means they stay open unless you pull them closed. It appears they don’t care about maintenance. Also pot holes in some parking spaces. Don’t stay here.

This is an older motel type place. But it has been redone and is very clean and everything in the place appears new. Down side … there is no elevator so we had to climb the stairs to the 3rd floor. Breakfast area very bright with basic food.

This location was very quiet, close to food and shopping check was very smooth. The toilet was kinda loud when you flush but other than that it was the perfect spot to get to my sons’ football game at the Titans Stadium.
