I booked this property specifically because it was listed on Expedia that they had an airport shuttle. They have not offered this service since 2020 I was told. Luckily a nearby hotel allowed us to use their shuttle for airport transfer.

Smells like cigarettes SO bad!
It smelled so bad like an ash trey that we had to leave early. To get to the hotel elevators you have to walk past the bar, resturants and casino so to get to the pool from the hotel you also have to walk past all the restaurants, bar and casino. This is NOT a place to stay to swim nor should you never stay with children bc of the cigarettes smell. The manager scott was absolutely no help, and the girl that check us in was bouncing like she was high, and had a face tattoo. We were only there for an hour to swim then left. We will never come back.

The room was dirty and shower runs water out on the floor,ABSOLUTELY NO TV GUIDEtoeven know what your watching. Hot Tub throws water over the floor. I WONT STAY HERE AGAIN. NOT WORTH WASTING MY MONEY ON. I SHOULD RECEIVED A FULL REFUND DUE TO TO MANY PROBLEMS WITH THE ROOM AND WATER ISSUES. IM NOT VERY VERY HAPPY WHATSOEVER!!!!

Our smoke-free room smelled heavily of smoke. After we complained about it, nothing was offered, not even a discount. Shower drain was so slow the water was up to our ankles. Property definitely in need of a remodel. Won't stay there again. However, the 2 restaurants we visited on the property had great, friendly service.
