We asked for 1st floor the lady argued there was none manager had one for us under new owner to me got worst we stayed there before and we loved it. Another thing we killed roaches in living room and bathroom the 2 days we were there. We were so uncomfortable there but that will be our last stay there. So be careful when you reserve a room oh and the elevator isnt working
