Non smoking room smelled badly of cigarette smoke. Staff had spray that worked to get the smell out. Bed mattress was very hard. Staff pleasant and helpful!

The air conditioner was so loud that it kept us up all night. It didn't matter what temperature we set it at, it kept going off. The shower head was made for a small child and I am not even 5'4. We could hear the people easily in the next rooms. There was no counter space in the bathroom.

I specifically reserved a room with a King Size bed on Expedia. I paid around $30 extra in order to have the King instead of 2 queens. Upon check-in, I was given a room with 2 full size beds. When I went back into the office to inquire about the room, I was told that since I booked with Expedia that "I get what I get" and that it was not their responsibility. I think it is their responsibility to ensure their customers are happy and at least show some courtesy. I will not be staying here again.

Wonderful stay!
The View Hotel is such a lovely hotel. Our room was spacious and the bed was comfy. The front desk lady was super friendly and gave a great recommendation for Concho’s Mexican food. The chili relleno was amazing! Will definitely stay here again if in the area!

This is an older hotel thats been completely renovated. Nice comfortable beds with modern decor. They take dogs, too. Great views of the mountains and red rock of Sedona.

It lives up to its name - beautiful views! The room was spacious and clean. Staff was so nice and friendly. Only one complaint - the A/C unit kept coming on and off all night. We tried using “low fan” setting but didn’t help. Otherwise it was great.
