It is a very new hotel and well designed . It was very close to Jerome which is where my race started.

Property is very new and therefore clean, comfortable and modern. The area around is is pretty standard and not really walkable to anything interesting, but the price reflects that. Breakfast was decent with some basic options.

Our stay was very relaxing! Although I did think the pillows were a little uncomfortable to sleep on. The room was very spacious with plenty of storage. Bath was very large and spacious.

Room was clean, breakfast was standard, the drive to Sedona was about 30 mins but the view on the way was beautiful and we saved quite a bit by staying in Cottonwood. The historic downtown area had some great restaurants.

We were thankful to get a room here as we had left early from our last destination. Everything was wonderful. We liked the openness of the room. I would have given it an excellent if I wasn’t charged for checking in early. We arrived a little after two o’clock. The parking lot was mostly empty, so it appeared the hotel wasn’t very busy. The front desk person was only doing their job and I did agree to the extra charge because we had been traveling a long time and needed to get into our room. I don’t think I should have been charged the extra, especially since this hotel was empty and not that busy. Other hotels have always let us in early if the room was available. I wasn’t that early, less than a hour..
