The food was amazing! Helios was our favourite, they went above and beyond for us. The French was also a top one! So many options to pick from. Nice to have access to the other buffet (family side), it’s huge! The staff are so friendly and work hard. Raul (beach server) especially made us feel welcome and went above and beyond. The rooms have a slight smell but nice. Most places we stay in Mexico have the same smell. We usually pick a new resort each trip, but we’d be back to this one, we loved it so much. Check in was easy, butlers were friendly and helpful (just ask politely). We never felt the guys in the blue shirts were pushy, they were very kind if you said no, politely:)

Facilities are excellent. There are several restaurants but menu is the same every day which is boring for the long staying. Service pretended to be exceptional but in reality you need to ask for something several times. You can expect to wait for the order for 1.5 hours in some restaurant. Food quality can be better for the vacation price. Primitive music is everywhere and very often is loud. Difficult to find a quiet place to relax. In general everything is inflated and overpriced.

The property is cleaned and well organized. The services and staff are very friendly. We will definitely come back to visit this property. Few cons: The location is very up north of Cancun and in the middle of no where. It’s great if you just looking for a place to relax and stay in the resort. There could be some improvements with the foods. They need to add more flavors and show some love to the foods. We tried 5 restaurants and I think most decent one was tentaziones. The other 3 were not impressive at all, there were many times we couldn’t enjoy our meal.

I certainly enjoyed my stay at TRS Coral hotel. When I walked into the lobby, I’m attracted and impressed by the good scent and cleanliness. Staff are very friendly and professional. Daniel at reception and our night butler Sofia were very helpful during our stay. We enjoyed swimming pool, beautiful beach and sea. Also good food from the resort. YUL, the bartender from Bar Sante, she is so good in making drinks!!!! Loved that! Overall, we had a great time at TRS coral! Definitely recommended!

The food and drink options here are very good. We only had a couple of eating experiences that were still good but not exceptional. The pool area is extremely relaxing and easy access to rooms and restaurants surrounding it. Above all else, the staff here is incredible. From bartenders to servers, from butlers to front desk worker, every person we interacted with here was very friendly and always quick to help with anything. We loved nightly cocktails with Raul at the bar next to La Bomeme. Our Butlers, Cristofer, Tariq and Fernando were all top notch and happy to help. Alex at the pool was always near by and ready to clean up your sunglasses and get you a seat and umbrella. We loved our stay here and hopefully will be back soon!
