Had a great time at the resort. Not sure if the Elite upgrade is worth it. The lounge bar was my favorite place to hang out. Leo and Omar have some of the best interactions and recipes for drinks.

I just got back from a 5 day vacation staying at the RIU KUKULKAN and stayed in the largest suite as an elite! Let me tell you! It was freaking awesome!!!! The service was on Point! They were so friendly and helpful every step of the way from check in to any issues I needed! Requesting a driver, setting up a secret proposal, making outside dinner reservations for me and my group! The pools were super clean and it was so convenient to never ONCE leave the pool and have Cold Piña coladas brought to me! The grill serving cheeseburgers, Hot dogs, and wings was so convenient. The restaurants were awesome on property! We ate at the Asian one and steakhouse one for dinners and the buffet is great at breakfast! HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE FOR ANYONE LOOKING TO COME AND RELAX! Beautiful spot, clean resort, incredible service! I WILL BE BACK! Thank you so much for changing the way I see Cancún! ❤️❤️❤️❤️
