The lady at check in was horrible, very rude and unwelcoming. The building is old and in desperate need of repair and updating. Plumbing from other room was very loud in our room. Other occupants were very loud all night. Will not stay here again.

The hotel staff were friendly. However, the room was not clean. There were a line of dead bugs. Looked like someone sprayed them, and never cleaned them up. The bathroom had stuff all over the wall's.

The room we had reserved wasnt available. We were notified very professionally and were taken care of with an upgrade at no additional charge. Which was incredibly fabulous! We had a suite. Shampoo, conditioner, body wash AND lotion were provided. The continental HOT breakfast was GREAT. The food options stay the same every day that we were there. But it was included in our stay. We stayed Friday thru Monday and paid $338. $50 deposit

we were blessed with wonderful staff, it was hard keeping dogs in room when there were people like you who’d appreciate the encounter or stay, doing it with us !!
