I’ve stayed that this locations 2 times before this trip so I knew what to expect however I forgot the main pain it in the neck which is their hallways have carpet and it can also seem like a maze to find your room. Also parking is through a 3rd party company you have to scan a QR code and set up an account to pay your parking.

Excellent hotel, with a 3 minute shuttle ride to SNA. Very clean, staff was very friendly. Great burger and truffle fries in the restaurant on site. Exactly what I needed on my single night, solo trip.

Upon checking in no one said anything about not having hot water in the room. Didn’t find out til late at night when it was too late to call someone. Early the next morning we found a paper in the desk explaining the boiler issue that should have been resolved by 5pm the day before. We unfortunately found out too late to even shower before we had to check out since my husband was having surgery that morning. The room had a musty smell to it. Couldn’t pay for parking using the QR code. Had to go in to have someone do something on their end for it to go through.

It's clean. There's a bed. The water works. The signage is poor (where the heck is the elevator!?) When I checked in they wanted me to use a 3rd party phone app thing for parking. I could not figure it out so they relented and did it the old fashioned way (instead of making me do it - so... service?). Mostly I think we got unlucky with the check-in person - who also neglected to tell us our room was in the 2nd building.

The customer service was above and beyond! Very responsive and helpful. Stayed for two weeks as I was attending training. Great location! Shuttle services available. Room was clean. Enjoyed the cookies at the end of the day! Highly recommend!!

Experienced two firsts ever at a hotel, let alone a hotel in the Irvine/Costa Mesa area. First they charge for parking in an outside parking lot with more than enough spaces and they require the guests to pay themselves with an app on their phone. Nobody told us this at check-in and some outside parking service gave us a $75 parking ticket when parked within 30 feet of the hotel entrance. The manager reversed the charge but why not just charge it on the bill each day like everyone else does and make it convenient. Next, they just shut off the water without telling the guests. We were ready to shower and brush our teeth and had no water. Who runs this place? No back-up system? Never had an "out of water" problem in my life at a hotel. We made reservations months ahead of time for four nights and requested a higher level room at check-in. When asked, Moses told us "we have you on the first floor". Period. No interest in informing us of options. I had to persist that my wife does not like first floor rooms and challenged him to confirm that there were no higher level rooms for the next four days. Finally we were told to come back on day three and check. We ended up getting a room on the 4th floor and relocating for the next two nights. Not a pleasant experience. Oh, and jets rattle the place every morning at around 6:00 am when landing at the airport. Nice white noise to sleep by. Other than that, it was a very nice experience.
