We had a room on the second floor facing the lobby. The staff at the lobby is loud and even when I called to ask to be switched to a different room the next day because of the noise, they continued with their chatter about personal business loud enough so we could clearly hear their conversation. The room itself was fine except the hot water was difficult to figure out and there were no extra blankets which we needed due to cooler weather.
