Front desk staff was great. Room was clean. Bathroom, very clean. Bed broken down on one side and feel the springs. Frig was frozen up and did not cool food. AC/Heating wall unit had broken knobs and broken vents. Deadbolt did not engaged

U get what u pay for
In on way it was good bec no hotel staff bothered us but in another way it was bad. Had to hunt down housekeeping to get anything plus when they arrived they were super loud. Most of the front counter people were rude and snarky.

Property is showing it's age. Large air leak around all the doors. Was moved 3 times in 24 hours to finally get a fully functioning room with amenities. Staff was very nice and tried to readily help with all issues.

NOT HOT WATER but nice room.
The room was in pretty good shape for the area. As this was a handicap room, there was plenty of room in the bathroom and at the foot of the bed. There was NO HOT WATER! Two nights and no hot water for the shower on the second night. 6 coworkers stayed also and only one had hot water the entire trip. Management said all rooms had hot water even after telling them we had no hot water.

Fairly noisy outside and within the room. Several people outside talking loudly. Also could hear people in neighboring rooms talking. Other than this, all was good. Staff was friendly. Room was relatively clean. Like the non-carpeted floors.

My fiance & I needed to find a place to stay for the night. We were tired, and it was late. The night desk attendant was so nice, personable, and very accommodating to both of us, as we needed more pillows for our bed. We stayed in the ADA deluxe room with a king size bed, and a big walk in shower. It was roomy, comfortable, and overnight price was reasonable.

You get what you pay for.
Clerk was great. Toilet seat loose and wobbly. Floor was filthy! TV choices were minimal... no major streaming services. Parking lot was miserable with potholes and ruts. Beds were adequate (metal frames). Rate was excellent. Bedding was fine. Heater worked but was noisy going on and off. No clue why this property is now called a "suite". Seriously marketing team?
