The area around this property is not great. During my stay the police were searching the river area behind for someone and there were sketchy people hanging out in the parking lot. That being said, the price was affordable and the staff was great!

Where do I Start? I’ve stayed here before so I prepared myself for the worse. It was even more terrible than it was before. The floor in the room was wet. The carpet was so damp it soaked thru our socks. The room smelled so bad too. The drawer was broken and I had to leave it on the luggage rack. Management knew it was broken but didn’t say anything to us. The closet rack was gone so we couldn’t hang clothes with the 6 hangers provided. The room only had 2 available plugs. We had 5 items that needed to be plugged in. The microwave in the room was not connected to power so we couldn’t reheat our food. Breakfast is pathetic and the coffee is watered down. Toaster is broken. Why can’t they buy a cheap $20 toaster? Pool has been broken for 2 years. Area is not safe. Homeless encampment outside our river view window. I listened to fights all night long. At least the mattress was comfortable. Asked for the room to be serviced and it never was. 3 days of trash is a lot! Oh, I asked for an extra blanket and it had a bandaid on it.

I boked this hotel largely because it had a pool and hot tub, but both were closed. The butons on our A/C were missing as was the lock on our room door. Breakfast was bagels with a broken toaster and peanut butter and jelly. The bed was soft on one side and hard on the other from use. Would not have stayed if we weren't tired and desperate.

Gross, disgusting, damaged room reeking of stale desperation. Embarrassed to bring my wife there. Breakfast was pathetic but fresh. All staff were doing the best they could. Elevators broken, pool out of service. Wretched property that should be demolished, exorcised and then rebuilt.

This hotel is a cheep option for the area, there are more expensive hotels that offer much more The staff are nice and will do what they can to make your stay better This hotel is I real need of a face lift and could be so much better The elevator was broken and pool was closed the hotel also has a very strong smell, not sure why perhaps it’s because they use to allow smoking in the rooms back in the day All in all it’s close to downtown and is very walkable we stayed here for a football game as it was a cheaper option so you do pay for what you get

This property is old and needs to have a lot of work to bring it back to life. There was damage that should have been repaired. Had to pull the door tight in the frame in order for the key card to unlock it. There was a hole in the bedspread. The automatic closure on the door was just hanging and not attached. The elevator was not working. Fortunately I was on the ground floor. There is no pride of ownership in this property!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Felt very welcome and easy parking that was the only good things. Comforters were both dirty, couldnt turn bathroom faucet to turn off very well. The light fixture plug ins didnt work. The light bulb had black paint on it. The pool was closed and it didnt say it anywhere on the website. No garbage can in room.

This was by far the worst night I’ve stayed in a hotel. When you walk into the room you get slapped with a smell of wet dog. There was mold all over the bathroom walls, poop on the walls, holes in the walls near the bed, the tv was broke (leaning on one side), the floors were so sticky that our shoes got stuck both bathroom and bedroom and the faucet was sticky. We had a baby with us, so we had to clean everything making it to were we needed to go get cleaning supplies. The guy at the front desk was not helpful nor nice. The pool was also down and we were never notified at check-in. If I could get a negative star, I would. This was disgusting!!!! I will never recommend this place to anyone, not even my worst enemy.

Our room was next to bathrooms that at one point seemed to have flooded. It literally stunk. So we moved rooms. The reception was disengaged and complained about being tired. The parking lot was filled with people hanging out in their vehicles or loitering outside the hotel. We were greeted with one individual that stated “ Don’t worry I would not steal from you” In which I replied, “Thank you.” Would not stay again but thankfully our car or room was not broken into.

Horrible experience. Only giving the one star so I can leave an honest review for the next person looking for a last minute stay. Reserved through Hotels.com based on the pictures and location. We were road tripping so we were looking for a hot tub. Upgraded to a King/Riverview room. You can NOT see the river from this hotel and the pool/hot tub were closed. There are people living in the hotel with obvious substance abuse problems. As well as hanging out in the parking lot. We felt unsafe. It's dirty and worn down. Curtains were broken. TV wouldn't work so we called the front desk and the guy came up with a whole separate remote to put it on the proper HDMI setting. It seemed sketch!
Advertised as River view but you can not see the river from the hotel. It's beyond the trees.
