Was convenient for our one night stay. Clean and cozy. We had a conjoined door which made it easy to hear guests next door. Our tv didn’t work at all and it took us a good hour to get the heater to work right.

We were only disappointed that the pool and jacuzzi were under construction/renovation - we were looking forward to warming up! But that was not the fault of the staff or any mis-administration.

Terrible Hotel

Booked this hotel because it said it had a pool and hot tub, got there and they had a sign saying it was closed for renovations. Got the room keys and went to the room and the room had a smoke smell to it, went and told the front desk and the guy came down to the room and was rude about it and said it didn’t smell and I had to argue with him to get a different room, second room had a smell to it but wasn’t as bad. I ended up staying in that room due to the fact I was tired and knew it would be a fight to get a different room or refund! Terrible service and staff not friendly!!! Definitely will never stay there again

Wished that Expedia wouldn't have let us book this property because the pool is closed. The staff were kind, and informative, they stated the pool closure had been reported, but Expedia failed to report.

The room was quite spacious and included a small table and chair alongside the entertainment center and bureau. I liked that the bathroom sink and vanity are located outside of the bathroom to allow simultaneous use. There were places to sit on the second floor above the lobby, including several spots around a fireplace of sorts. The only downside was the parking area is a bit of a walk in the dark if arriving after sunset.
