Located 15 minutes from Mesa Verde National Park entrance. Great complimentary breakfast. Some carpeting was a little worn. Beds were comfortable.

This was a great spot to stay in Cortez while traveling to mesa verde national park. I’ve never had a bad stay at a Hampton inn. The service was great, room was clean and spacious, and breakfast was good. It has the feel of an older facility and the hot tub jacuzzi didn’t really work, other than that it was a great stay.

would have given a better rating but hotel is a little on the old side. carpets in rooms were good but hallways were worn. this hampton doesnt stand out in any way from any other hampton that i've stayed at - i would stay here again as it looked like the best option in cortez

Smelly room, dirty carpet throughout the hotel. Stained armchairs in the breakfast area. I was grossed out. Our room smelled of dirty carpet. We had to leave the AC on the whole night. Breakfast was ok. Breakfast lady was attentive.
