The prices are great and the stay is quiet but if youre not careful they will put you on the do not rent list and wont give you a reason as to why you have been placed on said list. Even though they are privtely owned and only they can place you on d.n.r. list. The cutomer aervice could definitely improve but if you dont mind being put on that list for no reason whatsoever then yes go and spend your money with them

The room we stayed in definitely needs to be upgrade, it was fine for the day but I can’t imagine staying more than two nights. It gets the job done for a decent stay but the room is very old looking and the sheets weren’t really that clean..and the sink being outside of the restroom is odd. Good AC and shower but it’s not a luxury so if you don’t mind paint chipped walls or a bathroom door that doesn’t really close all the way than it’s a good price for the stay :)

The bathtub didnt drain properly, so we all had to wait 25 minutes in between showers. The shower head sprayed all didffernt directions at different pressures. Causing the floor to drench the clothe shower curtain. We did not like the bathing experience at all. The pool was warm which was nice. Beds were comfortable. Should serve coffee all night for the early birds.

We booked a last-minute trip to Rockport and this was about all that was open. The room was decent. Everything seemed clean. No complaints to speak of other than the room stayed really humid, even with the air conditioner, biggest drawback no alcohol around the pool, as we like to sit out there and enjoy a cocktail.
