Perfect family stay, clean and beach front!

We loved staying here! Beach front access and the view of the ocean is beautiful! The hotel and room were super clean which is a huge plus. Breakfast is 10/10 also! Perfect for a family vacation and close to eveything! We definitely will be back!

The room was great. I was able to check in early. I didn’t like having to place a 100$ deposit when paying for room and 10$ parking they would refund 89$. When it said what I would pay included fees and taxes I think that is really misleading. What if I didn’t have the extra for deposit. Our room was a bit warm because the AC must have been on auto. We didn’t eat breakfast because we got up late because it ends at 9:30, which they give you a wrist band that you have to have on for breakfast. Yes I would stay again room was clean bed was comfortable. Hope that helps with your next stay

Dirty floors in the room. Sheets and blankets were stained. AC struggled to keep the room cool, even though it was set at 60F. No water pressure. Breakfast was good.

Nice place. Not happy with sand in one of the queen beds. I told the cleaning staff, but the next day sand was still in the bed. Also, paying a $10 parking fee was ridiculous since I paid over $650 for a 2 night stay. No where in the description did it state a parking fee. Surprised to be told this when I checked in.

Hotel was clean and up to date. Shut the water off one of the days we were down there. And laundry area was out of order. Next to a nasty beach. Also had made me pay extra to park once I checked in.

The hotel is brand new and clean and the room layouts are very well designed. The hotel is feet away from the older Emarold Bay hotel and they play live music until 10:00 pm. There is a beach to walk on and a stripes gas station( store) close by. Hotel staff was accommodating and helpful and there's a refillable water station. I would stay here again and recommend for families, business travelers and those looking for a nice and clean place to stay!
