booked with expedia. Trip was canceled by our school for expected bad weather in san antonio. Did not get a room with cancelation option because we intended to go. Did not expect the weather . Tried canceling 4.5 days before, All we got was the run around from expedia and the hotel, both just passing the buck back n forth. They refused to refund us or even give us a credit for a future stay, Just a bad experience. The staff from both companies just not being understanding. Tried canceling with plenty of time but with expedia all i could ever do was Chat with reps on line. No phone call, Just bad
