I have been staying here since 2020 I like their breakfast. Although for some reason they have not served the breakfast tacos like before or burritos. I like it here close to everything.

When we entered our assigned room, we found a dirty towel, the smoke detector was intermittently in alarm, the shower drain was backing up and leaving a residue, and the restroom area smelled like feces even after using air freshener. The customer service experience for this visit was not as good as we’ve had in the past but there was some improvement with the complementary breakfast.

Love this hotel. Many dining and shopping options in walking distance. Excellent bar on the 11th floor overlooking the bay. Wonderful bartenders, especially Ali.

good place.
there for work. 11th floor breakfast had the best views of the harbor. it should be open longer than just breakfast imo. they should also have a lime scooter parking place closer. those things are super convenient. water pressure was great except the shower. which also took bit of force to pull out to turn the water on. the toilet was industrial, which is...something. didn't clog, was loud af.
