No Roll-In Showers for ADA
I asked for a room with roll-in shower (ADA). They didn't have any, and that would have been a "deal breaker." My mom cannot use a tub with hand rails, which helped me, but she needed the shower.

The Travelocity site stated parking for this Best Western hotel. I usually stay at this location and have always enjoyed it there. First, parking fee at $20 @ night was never advertised and excessive. A small sign on the check in counter showed the charge, with the lady requesting a card for the "incidental fee". The average morning buffet, usually included, was a $10 per person charge. Ice machine on 8th floor was not plugged in/ not working. Workers tailgating, in outside parking lot drinking beer, did not project a family environment. My room was clean and a/c was working properly. But then so was the Motel room a friend stayed in, at a lot less money.

I did not like the price of parking. I think it should be a perk for guests. When booking the hotel, it does not say that parking is not for free.

The hotel was nice very clean staff was friendly. I didn't like that we had to pay $20 a day for parking that I was not aware of when I booked on hotels.com also that when we got to the room we were unable to go out on the patio because everything was sealed shut. It was a beautiful view from our room but I would have liked to go out on the deck and sit. I enjoyed the breakfast and the staff that were serving were very friendly and very accommodating.
