I did not able to get there due to weather conditions. I rebooked my ticket 3 times and contacted the resort many times for them to be aware about the situation, but unfortunately they are not considering the situation. It’s just disappointing for them not to understand which is not my fault anyway. I wish they are more considerate especially if the situation like typhoon, or they should let the guest ahead for of time about the weather conditions especially i am not from here. I travelled from California to the Philippines wishing to see this resort but very unfortunate. I spent a lot of money for this and who knows that typhoon is coming this time. They should let guests know about the situation and be more understanding for like me that spend money travelling. The staff who answered the call you will get lucky of they will answer the phone, if they answer they will hang up. They are rude and i feel like i am bugging them. Too much attitude and not friendly. Im not the only one who experienced this cause i am travelling some friends from california and they also told me the same thing every time they contact the resort. I wish they are more emphatic towards tourists cause we did not use the resort anyway we never experience it and they should refund the money cause nobody’s fault, it’s the weather.
