Arrived at hotel to find front desk instaffed. After a long day onnthe toad we waited 10 minutes for someone to show up at the reception desk We were then placed at far end of a near empty hotel directly next door to a room full of people intent on partying all night. Breakfast was terrible (no surprise). So in summary...inconvenient, no sleep, terrible food. Disappointing.

Very clean, lovely sheets and comforter. Vinyl flooring is nice. Nice upper window that can open. Quiet....not near a highway ♥️ Wonderful front desk staff. Pool looked popular but I didn't use it. Only concern was the fridge which rattled a bit ( I told the front desk) and the heating unit which I turned off at night to keep the room cool.

Stayed here after a stay in a fairly run-down Niagara hotel and it was a real delight -- nice, clean hotel, and very cozy. I'd stayed here before, but it was only during this stay that I realized how nice the property is. The property offers "late" (1PM) and "very late) (3PM) check-out for a fee (subject to availability) -- however, be mindful that your room key automatically deactivates at the regular 11AM checkout time so you will need to be sure to ask the front desk to reprogram your room keys for the later checkout time if you opt for those.

Building is old and run down. Pool facilties are not maintained and dirty. Room is poorly cleaned with dirty sheets amd bed frame was dirty as well the toilet kept running all night. Not up to par woth Wyndham expectation
