Was tempted to give this a 2 star, but the sheer convenience of it was enough to nudge it to 3. That been said, for the price that we paid (240 euro per night), this hotel was very subpar. The walls are paper thin and you can hear everything in the rooms around you (and on a weekend night in Cork, trust me when i tell you it was loud and obnoxious). The room had one towel per person. The bar staff, while somewhat nice, were just hopeless and hadn't a clue (and were pretty unkempt in their dress). Would not stay here again.

Property very clean and taken care of; beds very comfortable; staff very helpful. Only drawback was parking not on site, so had to walk a few blocks to park in the City Hall garage, but was given a discount by hotel, so not that bad. Location was very good!

Property was generally quiet (except on two occasions when an alarm went off in the middle of the night due to vaping guests.) Breakfast options were very good, Staff was knowledgeable and helpful. Rooms comfortable.

Overall We were very happy with the stay. The service at the front desk, as well as in the restaurant was exceptional. I used the gym. It would’ve been nice to have a working water supply there. Also, you might want to consider having water available for purchase, Or replenish the water supply in the room each day.

So, I’d like to begin by saying maybe this was just a random bad situation, but this wasn’t the best stay. We got there at check in time and the room wasn’t ready. It appeared several other guests around me had issues. When my room was finally ready I heard a man complaining about not having working AC… they said he was supposed to be in one of the rooms with working AC (some rooms don’t have it?!) and right then I knew I should have questioned the same about mine own. Our luck, we didn’t have AC either. They at least brought us another fan, but it broke in the middle of the night leaving my bf and I awoken by night sweats. It’s a pretty hotel in a nice spot, but there’s many others in the area I’d say the same thing about. I’d choose one of them next time.

My wife and I stayed at this hotel twice within a week, over two weekends from September 7-9 and September 13-15. Unfortunately, our experiences were a clear example of inconsistency and lack of care from the hotel management. During our first stay, the experience ranged from average to good, despite issues with room assignment and the poor condition of the rooms. However, our second visit was chaotic. We were given a room without air conditioning, and the only solution offered was a small fan. The toilet paper holder was broken, and the door lock was damaged. Additionally, the restaurant staff during breakfast were rude and unpleasant. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel, not even to my worst enemy. Consider this hotel as your last option.

Overall easy and simple place to stay. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Suggested some excellent dining options nearby. Room had A/C but did not circulate the best. Conveniently located near shopping center and behind primary restaurant alleyway. Parking is at City Hall so a short walk from property.

Location gives easy access to South Mall area. Hotel was clean, room had in-room AC. Food from hotel restaurant was delicious. Parking isn't the easiest, several parking decks nearby.
