The rooms were larger than anything we have seen in other parts of Ireland. They also were very clean, and modern. I thought the restaurant served excellent food. It was nice that we could get such a great meal, so conveniently. I also made an error with our booking, and Grace was so incredibly helpful. Despite the long line of people behind us, she remained calm, kind, and took care of our situation in the best way. I was so grateful, especially given it was my mistake. All service was top notch. Reasonable rate for this stay, and I would definitely recommend.

Exceptional staff customer care. Grace on the front desk took fantastic care of us making sure we had a plan for what to do in Cork for the day. Fota Wildlife Park was a very memorable experience thanks to her. Other than that the room was what was expected. The bathroom door (room 420) had swollen and wouldn't close because it was catching the floor.

Clean but dated

The room itself was nice, very clean. There was no air con, a regular radiator in the room. There was a large window where the sun streamed in which was lovely but you would need aircon to cool the room down. There was a small desk fan provided with the room but it was broken. The hallway and lift are very old and dated.

Hot!!!

Good stay. But it was hot in Cork. No air conditioning and the windows can only open 3 inches. Further, no thin sheet on the bed, only a thick duvet. They did have a little fan in the room which is really not a good sign. Otherwise, everything else was fine.

We had a good stay stay. Reception were friendly and helpful. Would have helped though if there had been more information on the leisure facilities as I didn't end up swimming as the pool was not available when I went up to use it. Also we weren't given information of your inter-hotel bus. service. Also the electric charger was not easy to use as not very accessible to use the QR code, needed more instructions on it to help.

The property looked very clean and fancy in the lobby, and restaurants but our room was dirty, and dingy. The carpets were stained, bathroom fixtures rusted and/or broken. Holes in bathroom towels, dirty toilets, stained pillows. It also presented itself to be close to downtown and city activities which was not the case. It was in an industrial area on the outskirts of the city. Would not recommend this to anybody!
