This is an amazing hotel located directly on a popular square. We received a welcome drink at check-in and an Expedia upgrade of a free drink at the bar for later during our stay. The staff was friendly and helpful. The area around the hotel is very walkable with an abundance of restaurants, bars, and historical sites within a short distance. The rooftop bar is fantastic. I highly recommend this hotel.

A beautiful property in the the heart of the town. Very walkable and close to tones of dining and shopping options. Kava at the reception was a nice touch. Room was comfortable and bathroom was super nice.

Splendid!

The hotel is grand, perfectly located and immaculate. There was heat in the room and we were warm and cozy. There was a large walk-in shower with rainfall shower, and closed doors (Not just half a door). There was coffee in the room, with 2 little cookies, each day. The location is perfect, with everything in tne kasbah accessible im 10 minutes or less of walking. Tne pool is gorgeous and we had a pool view room from which I did my pilates and calisthenics in the mornings. I will stay here again and again. 10/10!

Really nice hotel in a great location for exploring Cordoba. Breakfast offered some great choices. Room was spacious and comfortable. However we were on the 4th floor facing the plaza and despite double glazing the noise from the plaza went on until the early hours and we were unable to sleep. Maybe a rear room would have resolved, who knows...

Disappointing End to Vacation

Our stay was disappointing. For starters, the electricity in our room was wired so that ALL of the lamps and overhead lights are on the same switch. The lamps cannot be used unless the overhead lights (which are harsh & horrible) are also on. So, you cannot read at night or enjoy your coffee by a gentle light. (Or allow one person to have their bedside lamp on while the other sleeps.) This is frustrating & makes it impossible to have partners on different schedules share a room comfortably. Also, the emergency evacuation map on the back of the door is printed on glow-in-the-dark paper so strong that it illuminates the entire room. I don’t know if this is required by law, but I don’t recall having this issue at other hotels in Spain/the EU. It may have been exceptionally bright or made worse by the layout of the room not hiding it, but we struggled to cover it with a towel to dim it enough to sleep. Additionally, the room layout was poorly designed. In the bedroom, the bed prevents the window from opening. In the bathroom, the privacy shade rests against the toilet (or, when you’re using it, your leg), which is annoying & gross. Finally, we booked a room listed as having a furnished terrace. However, the hotel either didn’t give us the room that we paid for or they are claiming that the pool area, which was a walk from our room and only accessible during certain hours, is the furnished terrace. It felt like we’d been cheated or subjected to deceptive marketing.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location is perfect, right in the center of the square, with shopping stores and restaurants just steps away. Many of Córdoba’s famous attractions are within walking distance, making it very convenient for sightseeing. The hotel staff was friendly and welcoming, and I appreciated the complimentary drinks available in the lobby. Breakfast was delicious and offered a great variety of options. I was also fortunate to have a room with an amazing view overlooking the city square, which made my stay even more enjoyable. The only downside was that the toilet in the bathroom had issues and couldn’t flush toilet paper, which was a bit inconvenient. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would still recommend this hotel for its excellent location and service!

We stayed in the renovated part of the hotel, very nice and well designed rooms and bathrooms. Great location in the center of the old town. Internet service service is a nuisance. You have to go through the login process every time you want to use email or internet.

It's lovely, location was great. Staff were helpful and the rooms were excellent. There was no gym. Check in and check out was a little discombobulated. The check in area was just two people at a table, not really in synch with each other. They were nice enough, but the process was rather bizzare.
