The Eurostars staff was top-notch. They contacted me the day before my scheduled arrival to let me know that the air conditioning at the hotel was not working and that they had arranged for me to stay at 5 star Eurostars property at the same rate. We really enjoyed our stay at the new hotel.

The breakfast buffet is outstanding. There are many fruit choices and the serving sizes of the pastries and bread are small so you could try more than one. Getting to and from the property from the train station by taxi was easy. When the hotel administration says a taxi will be there in five minutes, they mean it.

Great hotel in an area that gives you access to the sites as well as the local scene. There is no noise from the outside at all even in the front side. The staff are unfailingly helpful and patient. The breakfast has variety although it is the same everyday. Check out the steam room!

My room was on the street side and was noisy in general. Other than that, it is very close to a lot of the monuments like the roman temple, the plaza de las tendillas and plaza de la corredera. There is an Aldi close by.
