I’m not sure why this hotel gets good reviews. The sink in the bathroom was clogged, there was no hot water in the shower and the shower pressure was a trickle. One of our towels had a stain on it and there was a lipstick stain on the bedspread. It was gross.

Perfect place for pet owners. Very accommodating and pet friendly. Andrea greets all your furry friends with a welcome treat. Rooms are exceptionally clean and comfortable. Good find.

Smoky and Cold
The hotel claims to be 100% smoke free hotel. All night I kept smelling smoke or musky-smoke. It was not a pleasant night for me. The pool was frigid cold. My kid was shivering even in the pool. Breakfast was very sparse, no protein and no yogurt. The apples was almost too ripe. The shampoo and soap was very low and there was no bar soap. For the price we paid, it was totally not worth it.

Good overnight stay
Stayed in superior king room on 2nd floor which had street/parking lot view which means it’s on the side AWAY from the highway — so much quieter! Front desk lady that greeted us on Saturday 9th was friendly and accommodating. Continental “breakfast” had no protein just carbs. Settled for plain bagel with cream cheese as my carbs. Try Gondalier restaurant for good food & service (Tammy). We will return in the spring when we pass through London Kentucky again.

The Red Roof Inn far exceeded expectations for the price. The staff was courteous and friendly. The room was large, in good repair, and very clean. Nothing fancy ie no marble bathroom walls or fancy shower, but again very clean and everything worked as it should. If there is a negative, the a/c unit could be quieter bit it worked perfectly. I will stay there again next trip to Florida.
