Checked in and the toilet over flowed in the floor when it was flushed. The floor in the room was old laminate and was chipping badly and was very sticky to walk on. Was moved to another room it it was better but not the best. Warm breakfast was probably the most enjoyable part of the stay.

Excellent stay, but terribly loud guests beside us
Hotel was in a great location and was in pretty good condition inside. The room was clean, the staff were friendly, and breakfast was excellent. My only complaint was that we were, unfortunately, in a connecting room and the guests in the other room had the tv turned up loud all night every night, and they were constantly slamming doors and talking loud. In the future, I will request a room without a connecting door if I stay at this hotel.

Hosts were pleasant. Breakfast was good but the omelets were cold. Orange juice was empty. The worse thing was a dirty towel was left in our room. Closet had a broken handle.

The staff members are so nice and accommodating. My partner and I and our kids stay here often and it's the perfect hotel for us. Lots of shopping and places to eat nearby as well. I recommend the Pizza Station.

The hotel is shabby. In our room, the toilet paper dispenser had been ripped out of the wall. The faucets blew out air and rust before any water. Carpet was threadbare, and hard surfaces hadn't been mopped in a while. Staff was very friendly, breakfast was on par with typical hotel breakfasts. Easy access to I-75, Wal-Mart, and a number of chain restaurants.

We stay here frequently. Power outages happen a lot where we live, and we always stay at Microtel. They're close, cheap, convenient & affordable. Lori at the front desk is always fabulous, she makes this hotel a 10/10. She always has fresh baked cookies for us, and she remembers my family from previous stays. She's always warm, friendly & welcoming.

Worth the money!!
The first person we encountered at the front desk was super friendly and efficient along with all the other people we met at the front desk. The breakfast was really good with good options on what to eat. My favorite thing was the cheese omelette. Our room was nice and clean smelled great and the beds were super comfortable. The indoor heated pool was clean and really refreshing after being in the car for hours! If we ever pass through London again I will definitely be staying at the Microtel again!

Room had a musty stale smell, floors buckled when you walked on ( I suspect water damage that wasn’t properly resolved). No usb outlets to charge devices and limited outlets 2 or 3. When checking in and out although there were extra staff present no one offered to hold manual entrance doors to assist with luggage on cart that’s steerable from 1 end.
