Great location for Shuttle and ferry. Room size for 3 was great, comfy beds, clean bathroom. Air con didn’t work, but window opened to allow fresh air in. Would stay again.

I rented three rooms and two of them did not have air conditioners that worked. Very disappointing. Big reason why I reserve these rooms because of the air conditioner. However, very close to the port after getting off the ferry. So very convenient.

Didnt like the beds matress was a mattress topper so so thin lucky if it was even 2inc thick didnt feel like a bed terrible night sleep , No tv available in any other language than french no Netflix or anything to connect to not even using phone to play on tv was blocked No iron or iron board in room staff were happy to suply it when asked and did speak english well Bathroom felt like a portable loo at a festival not alot of room

Family room was very noisy. Hotel roof rattles in the wind very badly and there was regular loud noise from another source like extractors / ventilation behind the room. Our children were upset.

Staff are very friendly and helpful. The room was cleaned on a daily basis to a high standard for a three standard hotel. The only let down is the mouldy smell on the ground floor (never smelled it in the past).

It was very pleasant to stay even though we just stopped by for a night. It is very convenient and easy to get there from the Calais Eurotunnel Shuttle train terminal.

We didn’t even go in ! The photograph was nothing like the actual building . We thought it looked like a prison . The surrounding area was unkempt with metal fencing surrounding it giving the impression of a possible security risk. I will never use this site again!
