It’s essentially amounts to a glorified hostel, offering nothing beyond the bare minimum. The room was shockingly small—barely the size of a closet—and utterly uncomfortable. No water was provided, the floor was filthy, and the mattress was a mere 4 inches thick. It’s impossible for two people to share that space comfortably. The experience felt claustrophobic, akin to being confined in a jail cell. IMPOSSIBLE. The check-in process was equally appalling. After enduring a grueling 5-hour flight, I was exhausted, only to be met with unnecessary stress. Despite my reservation being prepaid through Expedia, the male staff member with long hair immediately demanded payment again. When I mentioned, half-asleep, that I believed I had already paid, he begrudgingly double-checked and confirmed it. *****Why not verify first before asking for more money? The lack of professionalism was astonishing.**** As for the breakfast—don’t bother. It was a dismal spread of stale carbs, not a single hot items, and an untrustworthy orange juice that I couldn’t bring myself to drink. Within five minutes, I was ready to leave. ******I strongly discourage anyone from staying here.******

We booked the family room for our three-day stay there. The room looks exactly like on the picture and it’s the best choice for a family of four. The beds are very comfortable. The rooms were a little too hot even though we adjusted down the temperature setting. The bathroom is small but workable. Decent breakfast and nice staff. The location and environment were excellent, very convenient and safe. Would stay there again next time.

The shared rooms are too small. It’s a good price for the location but do not have place even to open bags in the room. Besides that, it’s a nice hostel

Good value break
Basic but modern hotel in centre of city. Location is perfect for all sights and near metro if planning on going further out. 5 minute walk to Nyhavn. Loud music on the Friday night which did disturb us and struggled to get to sleep however it went off after midnight which was fine and never heard it any of the other nights. Good value and would definitely stay again.

Minimalist room in a nice location
Nice hotel in the city. When trying to find it, be sure to type in the exact address, as there is more than one Wake Up Copenhagen in the city and I went to the wrong one at first. The hotel is a bit of a walk to the main shopping area, but its location is very nice on it's own. Lots of restaurants, cafes, and shopping all around. And it's not so far that you can't go back during the day to drop things or rest before going out again. My room was extremely basic. My priority when booking was price, so it was fine for me for two nights. But it's a very minimal setup. I would book here again though, just to keep costs down. It really was a nice location.

The Hotel is very close to all main sights of importance and close to transportation hubs. I did not like that they charge €3 to store you luggage. Most Hotels have the courtesy of storing your luggage for free if you are staying in the Hotel and you have arrived early.
