Poor accommodation and poor treatment of customer

My daughter stayed one night after not being able to sleep on the rock hard bed. Shower was tiny and almost unusable.she checked out after one night of three night stay to another hotel . Hotel refused to refund the two additional nights because she didn’t give enough notice . That was because she didn’t know how bad the bed was until she got there

Great location next to 7/11 and a few blocks to Metro station, Kongens Nytorv (Kings Square with the statue where we are our 7/11 food in the bench), and especially the harbor Nyhavn. The bathroom is very small but works well. The room is very small but for 2 nights it was ok. Breakfast is $15/person so I spent $17 for breakfast for 2 at 7/11 and took it to Kogens Nytorv to eat and people watch. Very pleasant.

This was a great choice for me and I would recommend. I was travelling solo and didn’t need much but this hotel was lovely. The room was compact but it was all I needed. Staff were fabulous and helpful and the location was close to pretty much everything

Good hotel, bad breakfast

Perfectly fine hotel for a short stay in the centre of the city. Avoid the breakfast, an unpleasant experience; the food was mediocre, the coffee poor but what made it really terrible was the crowd. I went at the time the hotel suggested it would be quiet and it was crammed and trying to get to the buffet was an ordeal. Breakfast area clearly far to small for the size of the hotel so suggest going somewhere else for a more relaxed, pleasant and quieter breakfast.

Hotel is in excellent location.Walking distance to lots of restaurants,Tivoli park and famous buildings.Very quiet location and easy access to metro to take you where you want to go. Unfortunately, this hotel advertises that they offer breakfast and this is why i booked this hotel. But when i checked in, they stated thst they do not offer breakfasts with their room reservation. I believe that they should not advertise it as this is misleading and fraudulent to the customers. They were blaming the travel agent as they stated that they have no control over what the agent advertises in their website. I checked their website directly and it is the same as what expedia has on their website. I always book my hotel with expedia with breakfast and had no problem except this hotel. Though the hotel was in a good location, i am disappointed with how they handled my problem.
