It was a real pleasure stopping here with comfy rooms, nice service and excellent breakfast. Two minor points - it is many hotels in one building so a little confusing and the bar shuts quite early

We had a great 4 night stay! The breakfast was okay, we only got it one of the mornings. I always like to recommend for properties to please remove decorative pillows - not necessary and not very sanitary. The location was great - walking distance from the central station and to everything we needed! We loved and enjoyed the beautiful lobby and bar area. Overall, we would stay here again. I had a lovely stay in this hotel. It's beautifully appointed. The rooms are lovely. The staff was great. It was great value for money. I highly recommend it and if I'm back in Copenhagen will seriously consider staying there again.

We enjoyed a great stay recently at this hotel. Nice and easy location from the train station and walkable to many areas of Copenhagen as well as metro stations. The staff was great as was the breakfast. One small thing is it can often times take awhile to get the elevator as there is only one, and it is small. However this wouldn’t stop me from staying here again. It is just good for awareness! Great hotel, nice rooms, and fantastic service and staff!

Overall, we enjoyed our stay! The storage area is excellent, spacious, convenient and easy to use. The property even has a shower room before we could check into a room. Our room is clean, comfortable and spacious. The location is also excellent, near Metro and Train station. The room phone was hard to figure out. It'll be ideal if they provide water at the lobby. We'll book this hotel again when we visit Copenhagen.

We stayed for 6 nights in a king double balcony room. The room was small but mostly, it doesn’t have enough storage for a stay of more than a couple of nights. Felt like I lived out of my suitcase. The buffet was ok and luckily, was included with my stay. I wouldn’t recommend paying for it. Staff was fine- not super hospitable but perhaps a culture difference. IMO, not 4 star service. Beautiful lobby and cocktail bar. Really recommend they consider adding more storage to rooms.
