Great hotels for families. As well as a main breakfast area, there was a separate large dining area for families with children where you can relax a bit whilst having breakfast. They also have a visit from the Tivoli mascot bear who our children adored and looked to every morning. Range of food choices for breakfast is fantastic. They also have a huge children’s play area with a full size bouncy castle, games and colouring. There is also a pool and sauna downstairs. The pool was a little chilly but our kids adjusted better than we did (do check the rules on this for very young babies as they were being turned away if wearing swim nappies). Transport was easy with the Copenhagen card as there is a very frequent bus that stopped right outside and two stops from the central station. One thing to note is that the hotel is close to a main railway line and we could hear the noise from that on occasion but it wasn’t as much of an issue as first thought. You could always request a room on the other side of the hotel if you are a light sleeper. Our family size room was large enough and there was plenty of room for a family of four for four days. The kids particularly enjoyed the open plan bathroom sink area, though there is a separate room for the loo and shower with a door. We would stay here again if we came to Copenhagen as it all worked well for us.

Tivoli is clearly a conference hotel, not a travel hotel. There were numerous conferences on when we stayed for 5 nights. You could not walk through the foyer (as it was being used by a corporate event), if you happened to return to hotel at end of an event, you could not use lifts as they were slow and full of delegates who were all talking to others and in no hurry. We had the inconvenience of 2 fire alarms one afternoon and asking to be moved was a real chore. The rooms were tiny. No drawers for clothes and underwear, no suitcase rack and 6 coat hangers. Not a lot for 2 guests staying 5 nights. There was nowhere to unpack your clothes. They had to stay on floor in your suitcase.

We stayed for 4 nites.having arrived early we were pleased to get an early checkin.rooms really nice.we stayed in a room with executive lounge acess. Staff very attentive and Micheal in the lounge looked after us well .only negative comment was having to book a slot for breakfast in the lounge,but everything's elae really good and would recommend hotel to friends and family.

Danes do everything better. This was above and beyond any stay weve had. The pool was clean and warm. The breakfast was included and was hearty and delicious and we could then skip lunch and shop the pedestrian roads. The staff were friendly. We got there early from a long flight and check in was at 3. They let us use the.pool and shower and stored our bags until our room was ready. This trip was to bring my lillebrors ashes home.. they were very kind and made the trip special

This is an absolutely superb hotel. The property is large and beautiful, with a superb breakfast buffet and great dining options on the property. It is a short walk to Tivoli gardens and just steps from the water.

Brilliant service throughout the whole stay. Great breakfast, huge choice. Sky bar was very relaxing and good views. Tivoli View for breakfast was a treat. Leisure facilities spot on. Loads of taxis and bikes available and Tivoli gardens a short with. Loved Copenhagen!
