We loved our accommodations for 5 nights at the Scandic Spectrum. The room was very small and we had to live out of our suitcases because there was no where to put anything, but the beds were cozy, the temperature of the room was perfect, it was quiet and the three important components of the bathroom were excellent! I'm only being picky to complain there were no washcloths and it was no problem to get more towels, but we had to ask. The cleaning had to be ordered the night prior and they did refresh the towels, make the beds, and cleaned out the trash, but they did not wipe down the sink area. In spite of that, we would 100% stay at the Scandic Spectrum again! Thank you! PS. Pro tip: If you drink coffee, order it from the Espresso House attached to the hotel. The Scandic spectrum charges full price for what amounts to only 1/2 cup of coffee. Coffee is not included in your stay.

Great hotel, but restaurant service lets it down!

Great hotel in fab location, with the attractions of Copenhagen within walking distance. The room was large and modern with good amenities. The only thing that let this hotel down was the service in the restaurant. We were left standing at the wait to be seated sign for 10 minutes before staff even spoke to us. Eventually we were shown to a table and again left unattended by staff for over 10 minutes. When it came the food was excellent but the staff need to up their game.

This was the last hotel we stayed at and it definitely gave a strong closeout of our 2 week trip before heading home. The location is slightly off center but it is within 3 minutes walking from the river. Great bakeries and supermarket within 15-20 min walking distance or a short bus ride. The room (including bathroom) is nicely sized and beds are comfortable. Breakfast area is spacious with nice decor, and food selections were expansive, with multiple coffee machines to avoid long wait. We only have an overnight stay so we didn't use the gym/wellness area but you'd have to make reservation ahead of time which can be a little difficult even if we were staying for longer, as it would be nice to use the facility when the need calls after a long day of walking or etc, and it is a little hard to plan ahead as travel sometimes can be highly structured and it would be nice to not have to worry about making it on time or missing the reserved time to use the facility. Unsure if you'd have to pay extra for the wellness center... Overall, I would recommend this place for sure.

We had a good stay at this hotel. It is near the main train station, 2 minute walk to bus stop and near Tivoli Gardens and walking distance to all the main tourist sites in Copenhagen. The family room we booked was clean. The location was good and we always felt safe. Housekeeping is upon request.

Average stay but good location

The stay was ok, the room was too small for two travelers (friends) but location was walkable to many places. We didn’t eat at the hotel but saw that there were options and were not given access to the spa so can’t comment on that. Overall it was a higher cost than expected for the size of the accommodation and amenities but it was clean and close to the city sites.

Great hotel, would stay there again.

We were a group of 8 people staying in 4 rooms. We were all very pleased with the accommodations. We also ate breakfast every morning and there were lots of options of great quality. It was very crowded, but despite that, we had no problem finding a table that seated all 8 of us together. We would definitely stay there again.

Great stay for a couple’s week away!

Lovely hotel & staff, great location considering we enjoy a 15-30 minute stroll to main areas, breakfast was really good and the room was exactly as expected. We had mentioned it was a special occasion and were greeted by a note and mini chocolates in the room - didn’t expect it, was so thoughtful! Additional mini perks that made a good difference were rentable bikes and umbrellas, and the gym too. Only minor downside was when we booked it wasn’t clearly stated that the pool was an additional cost (which was a shame as it was one of the reasons we picked this one), but we booked it once during our week stay and it was so enjoyable! I think it’s noted on the description when booking now. Would definitely stay here again!
